My Approach to Therapy
I strive to provide my clients with a comfortable and non-judgmental space where they are able to explore what brought them to therapy. I approach my practice with warmth, empathy, and a bit of humor as I support my clients in navigating their journey.
While I often use cognitive behavioral and mindfulness based approaches, my style is eclectic. I incorporate various modalities in order to truly meet my clients’ needs and help them work through the difficulties they are facing. My areas of experience and interest include: anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, parenting, and trauma.
I truly admire the courage it takes to seek help, and I have had the privilege to see the growth and progress that come from doing so.
