About Me

Since adolescence I have been drawn to the study and practice of social work and psychology. I grew up around helping professionals and was eager to forge my own path as a clinician.

As an undergraduate psychology student, I worked as an advocate at a domestic violence shelter and as a mental health educator on campus. I went on to obtain my master’s degree in clinical social work at Rutgers University in 2015. Since receiving my degree and professional licensure, I have worked with clients in the outpatient, in-home, and therapeutic school settings. In 2017, my path took me to Massachusetts where I spent two years working outside of Boston at a trauma clinic working with children, teens, and adults. Most recently I spent three years working for a private practice and growing my clinical skills in areas of anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, parenting, and trauma.

In my free time you will find me spending time with my husband, my kids, and our two cats. I love listening to a good podcast and getting outside for a long walk when I can. I am thrilled to be starting my own practice, and I look forward to hearing from you!

My practice is based in New Jersey. Sessions are held via telehealth using a secure and HIPPA compliant platform.
